Will the basket I ordered look exactly like the one I see on your website?

Because each piece is handcrafted, variations in shape, pattern and size are to be expected and celebrated. No two products are exactly the same.
When can I expect to receive my baskets?

Everything is individually handcrafted for each order . Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. You will receive an email message when items are shipped or if there is a delay in production. Our customers are our first priority, and we want to guarantee your satisfaction.

May I return it if I’m not happy?
​
Yes, you may return it - clean and unused - within one week of receipt for exchange. Contact me at prairieknotco@gmail.com and I’ll provide you with the necessary return information. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Exceptions include sales merchandise and Prairieknotco baskets not purchased directly from me; shipping charges are nonrefundable. Custom orders are all final sale and cannot be returned.

What happens if my basket gets dirty?
​
The materials I use are cotton rope and jute, which are both washable, but spot cleaning is preferred due to some shrinkage. To spot clean, use a diluted soap mixture (a small drop of laundry soap to half a cup of cold water) is the safest option. On natural white rope, use vinegar and water, or baking soda and water in a paste to clean. Follow with a clear water rinse.
